There’s an abundance of research that shows the vast and varied benefits of meditation.  It is accessible to everyone, yet just like yoga, it is a practice.

Guiding people in the practice involves providing specific information, dispelling myths, as well as encouraging the participant to seek a greater awareness of, as well as, an acceptance of their own inward experience.

When we commit to a meditation practice, no matter which style or form, we are inviting Spirit into our everyday lives.

I offer meditation services in many forms.  You can find me at Perennial Yoga & Meditation.  I also offer individual instruction, workshops, and 6-8 week private groups as an introduction to the practice.
