YOGA

I came to yoga as a way to accentuate my meditation practice.  My philosophy has less to do with performance or perfection and more to do with experiencing connection.

I believe that for those who dedicate themselves to the endeavor of listening inwardly and establishing a stronger connection with Spirit, there will inevitably be an improvement in relationships, health, and overall quality of life.

I primarily guide what I refer to as a heart-centered vinyasa style practice.  Should you attend one of my classes, what you can expect is caring, compassionate guidance with a focus on mindful presence, introspection, and a heightened sense of Self awareness.
